This order form together with exhibits and attachments incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, the “Order Form”) is effective as of the date of submission (“Order Form Effective Date”), as entered into between Olive and you ("You", "Merchant", "Customer") pursuant to the Merchant Services Agreement (view|download), (“MSA” or the “Agreement”). The legal terms and conditions of the MSA apply to this form.
